The goods

The goods sold by Herbarica Plante S.R.L. consist of dried aromatic and medicinal herbal blends, loose-leaf or portioned fruit and herb infusions, intended solely for preparing hot or cold beverages for regular dietary consumption and daily hydration. Each page details the herbs included, weight, and presentation format. Photographs are for illustrative purposes. Bags or labels may show slight differences.

Ordering and contract

The order is considered placed at the final checkout step. We send confirmation by email. The sales contract begins when the package is handed over to the courier. We may cancel an order if herbs are out of stock or details are unclear. In this case, we issue a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in RON and include VAT where applicable. The shipping fee appears before checkout. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we adjust the amount before dispatch and request your confirmation to ship or cancel.

Delivery

Shipping conditions and rates are detailed on the dedicated page. Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you upon delivery.

Product images and colours

The images display the actual herbs and packaging. Shades may vary slightly depending on your screen or lighting, without being considered product defects. Weight, ingredients, and details for each blend are listed on its product page.

Transfer of risk

We remain responsible for the condition of the parcel until it is delivered to your address. From that point on, responsibility transfers to you. Report any visible damage directly to the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You may return the products within 30 days of receipt by following the steps outlined on our returns page. The food products sold benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity under Romanian law. Herbarica Plante S.R.L. guarantees that the delivered teas conform to the label specifications, comply with purity and food safety standards, and are within their optimal shelf life on the dispatch date, provided they are stored in dry places, protected from direct light and foreign odors.

• Sealed food products (tea pouches or herbal blends) that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery, for reasons of health protection and food hygiene under Art. 16(e) of GEO 34/2014.
• Botanical blends made to order or clearly customized according to the buyer's instructions.
• Perishable or short shelf-life bulk products that are liable to deteriorate rapidly upon receipt.
• Goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements or liquids by the buyer.
• Gift packs and tasting samples containing opened or improperly handled individual packaging.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Herbarica Plante S.R.L. for any damages arising from the use of the website or order non-conformity is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the respective order or to the fixed amount of 450 lei, whichever is lower. These provisions do not affect the rights protected under applicable law.

Age and use

Ordering is permitted from the age of 18. Infusions should be prepared according to the package instructions. Herbs do not replace professional medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These contractual terms are governed exclusively by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction at our registered office. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
